Why Regular Inspection & Load Testing Matters

Ensure safety. Lifting gear and machinery-moving equipment degrade over time. Regular inspection prevents catastrophic failures.
Compliance & liability. Many industrial clients and workplaces require documented proof that gear is inspected and load-tested. We supply certified documentation.
Reliability. By testing before every major lift (or regularly), you avoid last-minute gear failures, delays or unsafe lifts — saving time and potential downtime.
Peace of mind. Whether you rent gear, own it, or rely on third-party lifting: you know exactly what gear is safe — and what isn’t.

How Our Process Works

Initial gear inspection & risk assessment — We assess each piece: condition, wear, load history and suitability for your project.
Load-test setup — We safely set up load-tests: weight blocks, controlled load application, test protocols.
Perform load-test — Under supervised conditions, we load test to required load (per manufacturer or regulatory spec) and check for deformation/failure.
Documentation & reporting — After the test, we produce a full report with results, pass/fail status, gear condition, serial numbers, recommended next-inspection date or repairs.
Recertification (if required) — We offer recertification or replacement recommendations for any gear that fails inspection or doesn’t meet standards.
